January 14, totem animal guided meditation and message with Charmain Kennedy.  What will your totem animal forecast for the new year? 

A Totem Animal comes to us in meditation to bring us a message or help teach us with a lesson that will enhance our lives.
As we hold an intention for the New Year, the animals will bring us the insight required for success.
I will lead the meditation and interpret the message they bring.

Let's Talk Tuesday is an evening of open discussion within a small group of like-minded individuals. The suggested topics are only an opening subject.

We must ensure that this is a respectful place to chat about many topics or even situations where a few kind words can help our peers find solace.

Sessions are from 6:30 to 8:00 pm admission is free and beverages are supplied (but you can bring your own also).

Ensure that you register as these groups will be no more then 5 people.
